I received the wrong item I received the wrong item. I requested item 000-12244-001 but received item 000-14583-001. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending an e-mail after spending time on two calls trying to correct the mistake. All other items were the correct items and the shipping time was quick. Please slow down and insure items requested match items being sent out. Thanks

When going to the website a chat box… When going to the website a chat box appeared and I chatted about my issue. I gave them the unit info(lowrence Hook reveal 7 transducer bracket) they suggested part number needed. Wrong part. For skimmer application. Bracket doesn't allow transducer to be low enough in the water.

Lowrance products, top notch Running a Lowrance Ghost at 24 volts on an Allison XB21, plenty of all day power.
