GBDragon glass 8/9wt I Received my dragon glass 8/9wt rod a few weeks ago and I really enjoy the smooth action. It casts larger saltwater flies effortlessly and handles the coastal breeze well.It performs equally well in coastal surf and back bay estuaries. Great rod at a reasonable price. The quality of the rod is above it's price point and i couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. Delivery was quick and I was casting exactly one week from placing the order. GBWhat customer service? Customer service is the only thing that separates them from anyone else. The product I received was good quality and I hope to put it to good use this year. The issue I had - I sent several emails asking about the 2 day service I paid for and never got a response (took 6 days to deliver from the email I received saying it shipped) also, I sent an email asking how to switch over the retreive because I got the wrong one, and they didn't respond. As a customer, I am left with they don't care and that is not a good thing for business.
