GBWhat customer service? Customer service is the only thing that separates them from anyone else. The product I received was good quality and I hope to put it to good use this year. The issue I had - I sent several emails asking about the 2 day service I paid for and never got a response (took 6 days to deliver from the email I received saying it shipped) also, I sent an email asking how to switch over the retreive because I got the wrong one, and they didn't respond. As a customer, I am left with they don't care and that is not a good thing for business.

GBI did the subscription plan and within… I did the subscription plan and within one week got my rod. I ordered the streamer express 7wt, and it is a great casting rod. Used it for cahronamid fishing with a strike indicator and also used it for large beadhead streamer and it throws better than my orvis rod. Just wish they would come out with some 9'6" rods.

GBSpot on company! Great company that cares about the customer. Fly fishing is a very expensive hobby and they make it affordable for enthusiasts that can’t afford premium gear but want a premium feel. Well done keep up the good work guys!

GBI ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt... I ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt and received it 5 days later, with email updates along the whole shipping process. Took it out on the water the same day it showed up and couldn’t be happier. Unbelievable flex and effortless cast.

GB3wt Nymphster ext Excellent rod so far great balance matched with a lamson liquid 1.5 3/4 reel first fish was a pig wild brown 3wt handle wonderful defently be checking other rods out from wade
