Tim quickly contacted me and explained the situation and apologized. Rather than wait for the full order I elected for a partial order, which Tim provided a slight discount on and shipped it right out to me. This was above and beyond.He treated my small order with the same urgency and importance as if it was an order for 10,000. I am most impressed and appreciative.
