I am not saying they are the cheapest or the most expensive, but they are spot on. You cannot put a price on SERVICE and they know how you want to treated. Customer-Oriented is an Understatement! There was a delay in my order. I inquired if we could just cancel the order since it had been almost a week. Tim quickly contacted me and explained the situation and apologized. Rather than wait for the full order I elected for a partial order, which Tim provided a slight discount on and shipped it right out to me. This was above and beyond.He treated my small order with the same urgency and importance as if it was an order for 10,000. I am most impressed and appreciative.
