Defective lock out of the box. Y'all sold me a defective knife out the box. My mistake was not sending it back within your return period...even though the person I spoke to on the phone and explained my health was keeping me from doing anything outside of my house said it was okay to return it when i was better. Several seizures and hospitals later...I finally prevailed and am still alive. I tried sending it back for a fix and was told to try sending it to the manufacturer for help. I regret spend all the money I did with this company and have spent over 2k in knives in the past month. Never buying from this company again.

Save money and buy from Knifeworks. I have made several purchases from Knifeworks and the shipping is always super fast. Prices are generally better here than anywhere else especially Amazon.
