SC13423 steering cable Fast delivery and free shipping. Was concerned because it was a previously opened box but it appears that nothing was unusually out of place. Would have preferred an unopened box.

Thank you Kevin! Spoke to Kevin. I have to say I had One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Kevin went out of his way to make sure I ordered the correct parts for the problem I was having. Not only did he get me set up and was amazing but provided me with the info I needed to fully repair my boat. The specific parts I needed for my boats were tough to find online. Marine Parts Source had everything I needed at a fair price. Would buy from them again. They are my personal parts source.

Outdated catalog/ordering process I ordered a $300+ item that the order was accepted with a confirmation email and then got a second email that stated the product was no longer available. 1. Response emails confirming an order should not be sent if the product is not available. 2. Online catalog should be updated, when products are discontinued/no longer available.
