It was a bit difficult to track, since I did not receive a tracking number and your online system said it was shipped out of Tennessee, when it was actually shipped out of Ohio (according to the shipper). Nonetheless, I am happy with the product and experience. The price was a bit higher than my first choice, but you had it in stock and they did not (even though their online system said they did).
