My order said it was shipped on April… My order said it was shipped on April 1st, but when I check the tracking with FedEx it says that only a label was created and that they never received the package from you. I've reached out 5 times already about this issue. The 1st 2 times I was told to give it a few more days. Then I was told that my order would be REPLACED and shipped out ASAP, but that never happened. Then I was told my case would be sent up as "priority status" but I never heard anything back. I was told to contact again on April 29th, only to find out the chat option isn't available. What am I supposed to do about my order? I preordered the signed Rhonda Rousey book and it is currently sold out. I feel like this issue could've been resolved the FIRST time I contacted you about it, but here we are, and I'm STILL getting the run around.

Delivered as promised I pre-ordered an autographed book several months ahead of publication and Premiere delivered exactly as they said they would. Book shipped and was delivered on the precise dates they said and the autograph was a great example complete with CoA as well. Great experience.
