I bought a remote control jeep back in… I bought a remote control jeep back in November 19 2023. It worked well off and on for a week, then stored in box till a few days ago. Charged batteries and tried to sink up and will run for a few seconds then stop and the controller starts beeping. Changed batteries in the controller but no difference. Vary disappointed that after a few months there a failure already.

I was sent the wrong part and it took too long to deliver. Not only did the part take too long to be delivered ( I was unaware it was comming all the way from China) but the bumper was not the right one to fit the tornado truck it was advertised to. I had to modify the bumper to make it work, and it still didn't really fit properly

Just received my rc P-47 Thunderbolt… Just received my rc P-47 Thunderbolt and F4U Corsair v2 today. As always you outdid yourselves again! Absolutely beautiful little rc model airplanes. They look scale and the clear canopy with the pilot figure is a great touch for a park flyer rc airplane. Can't wait to get to the park for their maiden flights once the humidity breaks. Ken

Outstanding Customer Service...Evelyn This is an outstanding company to do business with. This is due to Evelyn, who works in their Customer Service Department. I ordered a RC Plane which was 'Return to Sender' due to FedEx not having my new address in their system. Evelyn verified the plane was returned, then worked with me to reship the plane to a neighbor's house in a very timely manner.
