Bad charger replaced promptly! I'll be back! My son received an RC Truck as a birthday gift but the batteries wouldn't charge. I reached out to ExHobby and they promptly sent new equipment to rectify the issue. Now we're up and racing, and my son is thrilled with this high-speed toy! I was thrilled with the customer service. I can't imagine buying a radio controlled device anywhere else after this experience. ExHobby has won a loyal fan and customer.

Great customer support Great customer support! I've made a mistake on my address line and because of that after getting to Poland my shipment was on it's return way. When I contacted the support they immediately reorganized the shipment data and propellers came in after few days. I wish other companies had same approach to such situations! Well done EXHOBBY!

I JUST got into RC !!!! EXhobby goes above and beyond I JUST got into RC, and was very skeptical of going online to find hard to find replacement parts/ Batteries. Evelyn at EXhobby gave me all the assurance I could go online to a trustworthy site. She went above and beyond with my questions on my Smaller order.
