Misleading info on purchasing terms/ price The website says the dolls are sold free of tax and shipping. But they initially charged me an additional $300 for shipping. Since they advertise free shipping I was able to negotiate half the shipping charges and a reduced declared value for customs purposes. When the customs wanted an invoice, Zlovedoll did not provide with an invoice reflecting the declared value. I had to surrender the invoice for the full amount. I ended up having to pay (sales) tax on both the product AND shipping. So much for free shipping and no tax.

ZLoveDoll gets the job done! I was skeptical at first when browsing the site. I received a tracking number within 24 hours of ordering and after four days it arrived! Early than expected, which was awesome! I purchased the US Warehouse Stock and they weren't kidding on how much faster it would be. The doll is in great condition and looks exactly like what I ordered. Very happy with my purchase and plan to buy again soon.
