Alright I guess. Doing business was ok but pretty similar like UPS they never informed me about package status either so they should have informed that package has been sent for example so then I know who is the next responsible of the package and I would also know what to do next. Customer service is alright but sometimes they never reply but luckily at the end they did. The item quality is ok but not great. I give 3/5 at the end so it is fine but there is room for improvement.

Uh hi, review time Uh hi. Review time. The doll came out great. WAY heavier than what it says on the website. I ordered one for displaying cosplay items. And it was supposed to be 70 ish pounds. It was 107 😐. Seeing that heavy and having extremely stiff joints, means you have to put your body weight into positioning it. Lots of work. Glad it's just a mannequin. So I got the Leanna doll. 176 cm or something. Red hair. Big ish boobs. But I'm not using the head that came default. I ordered a seperate Harley Quinn head for it for a movie accurate suicide squad replica outfit. Being that it's life sized. Makes displaying stuff super easy and realistic looking. Plus because of its steel frame and weight. It can hold huge items like an actual heavy baseball bat (which I have it doing right now) Nom. Good. Would recommend you buy it. I personally haven't used it for intimacy. I definitely get the appeal. It's gorgeous. But I'm a clean freak and having to clean it and repowder it, reposition it. Whatever is just lot of work when a hand exists ya know? 10/10 would buy again. Not actually. But definitely get one

No response from this company I paid extra for expedited shipping in 5 to 7 days but it has been 7 days and I have not even received notice that my order has been processed. I have been unable to send emails to the company and they do not answer the phone. I am very anxious that I have been ripped off. The company has not contacted me yet.
