I bougth the tanjiro fox mask hoodie… I bougth the tanjiro fox mask hoodie for 68$ canadian, it was in sale, the original price was 128$ canadian which is quite expensive for a hoodie from an unknow brand. Anyway i took a chance because it looked nice on the picture. When my order arrived, as soon as i felt how light the bag was i know it was cheap. I open the bag the material is very thin, more like a long sleeve, not a hoodie, print look cheap too. Overall i am dissapointed and i think they boost the prices before sales too make it look like its quality because its (expensive) before being on "sale" and think its not really worth the price even the price from the sale. Everything ia shipped from china so it explain a lot for quality. Would not recommand.

SCAM!! SCAM!!! I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie which when arrived looked absolutely awful. The design is looks like it was printed off at 144p and ironed onto the products. I attempted to get a refund and after 50 emails of me double checking I could send it back (costing me a further £20!) For a refund I was told yes. I sent it, I've waited weeks for them to receive it, spoiler they didn't and left it at their local post office... And now they've sent it back to me with no refund for absolutely no reason!! I'm beyond mad, I'm now down more money (totaling around £100). What a joke of a company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - RIP OFF Poor quality, bad sizing, terrible customer service. Can't get replacement hoodie or a refund. Just keep getting the same worded email reply saying they're doing their utmost to process my return. It's now been 6 months of trying and still nothing. Spent money on the hoodie I don't have and the cost to return tracked to Spain from UK. Am out of pocket and angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Quality is so nice and for the price no need more to say. Customer service responded fast my inquires aswell I will be buying here more in the future, so I recommend you guys Nen Culture!

I purchased a "TANJIRO FOX MASK HOODIE" with high expectations, given the exceptional reputation of the brand and the attractive product images on their website. Unfortunately, the item I received was a far cry from the depicted product. The print on the hoodie was significantly blurred to a point where it was unrecognizable, and the material quality was, to my dismay, very poor. In an effort to resolve the issue, I reached out to the Nen Culture Support team. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a quick response and an effective solution, but I was faced with radio silence. It's been over a month since my initial complaint, but my emails remain unanswered - a disappointing example of negligence and disconcerting lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Not only did the product fail to meet the expected quality standards, but the subsequent lack of customer service has also been equally, if not more, disappointing. Consequently, I am left feeling let down by this once-trusted company, making it difficult for me to recommend their products and services to others. If you value quality and responsive customer service, I would caution you to consider other options before choosing Nen Culture. I, unfortunately, learned this the hard way.
