Excellent client service Ordered a T-shirt recently, at first I didn't get a confirmation so I sent them a mail to ask whether something had gone wrong. Got a very friendly response quickly, in which they apologised and confirmed my delivery. My order arrived shortly after and was exactly how i expected it.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ABSOLUTE SCAM the shirts are garbage, upon ordering it I found out that nen culture is a scam, emailed them to cancel my order, and they proceeded to SEND MY PACKAGE ANYWAY AND THEN EMAILED ME BACK "oop sorry, we already shipped your package". Absolute scumbags

Items received good quality Ts Firstly I did receive my items - alot of other reviews which did get me worried. It did take about 15 business days to arrive which their support did say would be the case when I contacted them via email. Tracking was better once the package arrived in the UK. The quality of the t-shirts are very good as is the fit I ordered a large for a more fitted look and an xl for that little bit of room and both fits are very good. Personal preference on the finish though is I am not really a fan of the press on plastic feel print as I prefer a printed design finish however I would order again from here as the Ts themselves are very good quality but just know now to expect a little wait.

Kind Regards, Lorena Custom Support Team Nen Culture Terrible support. I wouldn't recommend it. UPDATE: I got my refund, it only took me posting a story about it on my 70K IG account.

Bad quality The site it's not a scam, I ordered a shirt from Italy and it got delivered pretty fast, but the quality is cheap (and the price is not). I didn't expect it to be perfect but at least the graphic could have been of a good quality, it's really bad and I'm kind embarrassed because it's a gift. I would not suggest to buy from this company unless you have low expectations
