Had the part I needed I was looking for a replacement control module for my atwood water heater. They had an after market unit for half the price of the OEM part. I ordered it, had it in a few days and installed in ten minutes and it worked perfectly. This was a painless process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

best price found Had been keeping an eye open for the best price for the WFCO power converter 6800 for a while now as i knew i would be needing one as soon as camp reopens. American RV had been showing the best price around so i bit the bullet and ordered from American RV not ever ordering from them before. I was very pleased with the whole ordering process, they had the item in stock, emailed me the next day saying the item had been shipped and i rec'd the item 4 days later which i thought was fantastic considering this was delivered on the day before Christmas. great parts great customer service I had asked them to verify my purchase that the part would fit my furnace, they not only contacted me and made me aware that one of the parts where ordered incorrect but then help me find the right part that was slightly more expensive but did not charge me any more. Great customer service, in an industry that is starved from good customer service this is a nice eye opener. Fast Delivery We had a water problem & ordered a needed part paying for 2 day delivery unaware that the part was not kept in inventory. We called to check on delivery & found it would take up to 3-4 days for them to get the part. I explained our situation & was told they would see what they could do for us. Although it took longer than the 2 days we thought we would receive the part in, we received it in 3 days. We were very pleased & would definitely do business with American RV again.
