First time Canadian buyer I came across ARV while searching for new skylights for my trailer. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted but ARV had exactly what I was looking for, at a reasonable price. Shipping to Canada is never cheap for larger items but ARV provided a more than reasonable price for the order. In fact it ended up being a quarter of any other quotes I received and it arrived in less than a week from placing the order. I had to make an inquiry by phone and had my question answered by a very knowledgeable and polite person, a rarity these days. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone needing anything camping.

Norcold drip tray replacement Neede to replace the interior drip tray for our Norcold 2 door frige. Ordering was very easy on the web site and part arrived sooner than anticipated. New part is working well.

great service after order I ordered one small part which cost less than the shipping. After I received the part and questioned the shipping being more than the part cost. I received a call and Email from the company offering to discount the shipping cost. There was no option for shipping less than standard shipping cost. Once they realized my concern they discounted the shipping cost. I got the correct part on the first try and excellent customer service after the sale. Thanks American RV Company

Great Price and delivery!! I ordered the part online based on their part number and description..the repair person had ordered it from another company and received the wrong part which was 3 times what I paid thru American RV...the part arrived within 2 working days and it was the exact part we needed...
