great service after order I ordered one small part which cost less than the shipping. After I received the part and questioned the shipping being more than the part cost. I received a call and Email from the company offering to discount the shipping cost. There was no option for shipping less than standard shipping cost. Once they realized my concern they discounted the shipping cost. I got the correct part on the first try and excellent customer service after the sale. Thanks American RV Company

My part arrived early, packed well,and came with information for installation and use, even though I had misdiagnosed the problem, now I have a spare. I received just what I ordered,in good time and in perfect condition. The part came with suggestions for further diagnosis which I did use because I did misdiagnose the problem. Wit this information not pinpointing the problem, it left just one other possibility. In the end, problem fixed. It was only a matter of time til this part failed anyway. NOW I have a spare and will lose no time waiting n parts when this new one eventually does fail.

Great service and price I was looking for a fantastic fan for my 5th wheel to replace the cheap fan in the bathroom. Looked at the typical RV stores and there product options were very limited. American RV Company carried all the fantastic fan options to choose from at the lowest prices. They supplied very fast and free delivery and also sent an email with the tracking info. Their website will be the first place I look for any other needs.

Just what I needed at cheapest price! My converter/charger died! Then not knowin the problem, my battery died! NO LIGHTS, chirping propane monitor and a cranky fridge....not good! Locally I could have bought my part and paid nearly THREE TIMES MORE, but found it here exact same unit brand new and bench tested for quality, at a third of the price! Shipping was free, so I didn't even have to go pick it up! Three days and 30 minutes of installation and.....PRESTO, I got lights no chirps and a happy refrigerator!
