GBFast Delivery We had a water problem & ordered a needed part paying for 2 day delivery unaware that the part was not kept in inventory. We called to check on delivery & found it would take up to 3-4 days for them to get the part. I explained our situation & was told they would see what they could do for us. Although it took longer than the 2 days we thought we would receive the part in, we received it in 3 days. We were very pleased & would definitely do business with American RV again.

I ordered the part online based on their part number and description..the repair person had ordered it from another company and received the wrong part which was 3 times what I paid thru American RV...the part arrived within 2 working days and it was the exact part we needed...
