First purchase, worth it Awesome customer experience the knife was travelling outside the US and it did arrive super fast! The knife itself is gorgeous, I picked the small Sebenza Insingo with the exclusive carbon fibre. Superb quality, super lightweight, great bead ! Nothing I was not expecting nothing less, well I think that if that knife could be improved I wonder if both scales could be in carbon fibre and or double thumb studs.

Fantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! I received a notification from the postal service that the item had been delivered an hour before when it never arrived to our house. I sent this company an email just to inform them of the situation. Literally 20 minutes after I sent the email they were calling me to give me pointers on what to do next.
