Knife Art CF Inkosi in Magnacut for the Win! Knife Art always provides great service, I’ve never had a bad experience. Just picked up the new CRK Carbon Fiber Large Inkosi in Magnacut and it is a keeper. Magnacut is such a huge improvement. Yes people may say these are expensive compared to others in Magnacut, but CRK has the best customer service in the business! 🤙🏼

The fit, finish, and feel of this knife are superb - it has far exceeded my expectations, and is right up there with the best in my collection. Dealing with Knife Art was, as usual, flawless. Fantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! I received a notification from the postal service that the item had been delivered an hour before when it never arrived to our house. I sent this company an email just to inform them of the situation. Literally 20 minutes after I sent the email they were calling me to give me pointers on what to do next. Turns out the package was delivered next door so it all turned well. This company should educate other companies on the true meaning of exceptional customer service! I’m Very impressed. Thanks guys!
