Fantastic customer service! Fantastic customer service! I received a notification from the postal service that the item had been delivered an hour before when it never arrived to our house. I sent this company an email just to inform them of the situation. Literally 20 minutes after I sent the email they were calling me to give me pointers on what to do next. Turns out the package was delivered next door so it all turned well. This company should educate other companies on the true meaning of exceptional customer service! I’m Very impressed. Thanks guys!

Just picked up the new CRK Carbon Fiber Large Inkosi in Magnacut and it is a keeper. Magnacut is such a huge improvement. Yes people may say these are expensive compared to others in Magnacut, but CRK has the best customer service in the business! 🤙🏼

Great Customer Service I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with knifeart.com stood out. I ordered a Benchmade pocket knife as a gift for my sister and was instead shipped a belt accessory within minutes of emailing their customer service department I was told they would be shipping me the correct product.
