Very reputable store I've bought items from ShowZ for a couple years now and have had no issues. Shipping times have been pretty reasonable, considering the travel distance. To East Coast US, they are generally around 2 weeks. Their prices are equal or better than most places, and the shipping is free. Definitely cheaper than some US import shops, who's shipping isn't free and take a week too. I haven't had the need to contact support for any defective or replacement parts, but I've seen plenty of good reviews, and will assume that they'll be willing to offer solutions. Overall recommended!

Perfect shopping experience! I buy a lot of action figures from Chinese sellers and Show.Z is by far my favourite shop. They are highly professional, their customer service is friendly and competent and their prices are usually unbeatable. They have a generous reward system that helps lower the already low prices even more. They package the figures in bubblewrap, put it in a sturdy cardboard box with edge protectors and then wrap it up in plastic foil. I've never ever had a package or its contents arrive damaged in the slightest, and I've ordered dozens of items from them. Their After Sales service has always been helpful and reliable as well. I can absolutely recommend buying from this shop!

Really great seller for 3rd and 4th party Transformers and Gundams I have been ordering from Show Z for many years and always had positive experience. Before it used to take longer for shipment but lately, it seems to come much quicker even from overseas. Just received 2 packages which was ordered approximate less than 2 weeks prior. As always packages are always protected. I’ve accumulated so many corner protector that it’s become part of my collection. Over the years, it’s been many thousand of dollars spent but now I really have to be very selective on what I purchase because of space. Very reliable online store.
