Have placed multiple orders with them, and while the shipping can sometimes take longer than I'd hope, that's not on them, it's the international shipping delays. If any of my figures arrive with any issues, they do what they can to fix the problem as soon as possible! I will continue to purchase the bulk of my 3P robots from them for the foreseeable future.
