Best place for 3P robots! Very friendly and punctual staff. Have placed multiple orders with them, and while the shipping can sometimes take longer than I'd hope, that's not on them, it's the international shipping delays. If any of my figures arrive with any issues, they do what they can to fix the problem as soon as possible! I will continue to purchase the bulk of my 3P robots from them for the foreseeable future.

Terrible Terrible! Had issues with a wheeljack sent pictures they offered me 5.00 and no replacement. They wanted me to send them an unboxing video to determine if my claim was legit? Filed a paypal claim got my money back.

World class collectable-robot shop I've been using ShowZStore for years and have yet to be dissatisfied. I'm talking $25,000 USD+ of plastic robots and other various nonsense. I understand there can be issues, but I don't see where the 1 star reviews are coming from. They've got great customer support and have an active presence on TFW2005.COM in the 3rd party forum, as well as in their own Discord server.
