The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The bundle was great (extra memory card, 2 batteries, charger), while it was shipped separately, I was kept up to date on the status and never had to wonder where my items were. Didn't have any issues, so can't say how customer service is, but that is a good thing.
