GBStand up Company who did the right thing I recently ordered a Thule bike rack from Mountains Plus. It arrived in terrible condition (damaged during shipping) and Mountains Plus made it right for me. This item was dropped shipped by a third party so the damage was not due to anything on MP's end, but they quickly stepped in and made it right for me. I appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they initiated contact with me, rather than me having to chase them down. I'll gladly do business with MP in the future and recommend them as an outdoor gear retailer whom you can trust.

GBWORST SHOPPING EXERIENCE I placed my order for some snowshoes with Mountains Plus Outdoor Gear on Dec. 1, 2014, and after the worst shopping experience of my life, I finally cancelled the order today, Feb. 12, 2015. DO NOT shop with this company. I placed literally dozens of phone calls to their Customer Service (speaking with Colby and Doug on multiple occasions), and never got any service whatsoever. Excuses, unanswered emails, and false promises to call me back--this is all I ever received

GBAll bases - covered. I found MPGear for the first time after receiving a coupon from a trail race, and was quickly impressed by their selection of gear across the spectrum of sports/pursuits. Since using that first coupon, I've returned to buy from these folks more than once - sometimes it's the only site where a given item is listed for sale... anywhere (online). Keep this company in your 'first-tier' consideration set - not just for gear availability, but for competitive prices AND paid-shipping above $45. Thanks y'all!

GBPrice and Trust just right I have ordered several times from MPGEAR due, at first, to their wide selection with great pricing, but subsequently recognizing I am able to always trust there people to ship the correct items and do so on time. Seems like a great win-win to me.

GBLocal company, great service Bought a GoPro camera from here and couldn't be happier. The bundle was great (extra memory card, 2 batteries, charger), while it was shipped separately, I was kept up to date on the status and never had to wonder where my items were. Didn't have any issues, so can't say how customer service is, but that is a good thing.
