So far as a beginner I think the… So far as a beginner I think the lessons are great. I like the structured approach and the chance to go really slowly. If I catch on fast, I go to the next lesson, but if it's hard or more interesting, the teacher goes at that pace. I hope the quality continues as I progress.

I just started using Guitar Tricks I just started using Guitar Tricks, and I have been trying to learn to play the guitar off and on for 40 years! I had books and I would practice for several months, get frustrated and quit for a year or more. This process has continued and I haven't gotten very far. I already see a huge advantage to having a person talk about the lesson and demonstrate the lesson for you. I didn't even know that I should use my fingertips! I'm excited to continue and see where this leads me. I think the instructor is good at talking you out of becoming frustrated, which has been my major problem.

Excellent value! I have greatly appreciated Guitar Tricks' course work. Not knowing anything about playing I've appreciated how basic, short, and encouraging each lesson is. It gives you time to pause, re start watch, listen and learn. If you have trouble you can always go back. Anders is very encouraging and online nice, the kind of person you wish you could be friends with. For a very new player he slows down and shows every step. Overall I am extremely satisfied and it is well worth the cost. 1 week and I am comfortable with four chords.
