It opened up a whole new world for me. I have a pretty bad memory but with Guitar tricks I can go as slow as I want until it sinks in. I love using Guitar tricks, it’s fun learning now because it doesn’t feel like work anymore. I wish it was around years ago when I first tried to learn. Path to success This looks like i may finally have a path to success. I purchased their biggest competitor, and even though they are very good, I needed more structure, Guitar Tricks offers that. I was hoping they would offer a Jazz component, but Blue is the main area of interest. I started from introduction 1 and because I do have some experience some of the videos were not needed and others were a review, It was worth it to give me a feel on how to best use the lessons. I have now started down the blues path and enjoying it. I would have like it if the instructor kept the distortion off his guitar so I can compare clean sounds but I'll get over it. I'm a 65 yr old student, so you can do it.. Go for it!

Good and funny place for learning guitar I am self-taught and consider myself to be at an intermediate level. I signed up to improve and started the basic courses. Even though I was already familiar with many concepts and techniques, reviewing them allowed me to refine some things I took for granted. Furthermore, the fact that for each session there is a song that you do together with the teacher makes everything more fun and flowing.

Great learning tool. I think guitar tricks will help set my playing on fire. I love the way it's structured.

As a beginner I find Guitar Tricks a… As a beginner I find Guitar Tricks a good learning resource. I started on the beginner level course, even though I had already completed the Fender Play course. Even though I would rate the Fender course, it was more of an introduction to the Guitar, whilst Guitar Tricks course focused improving. The instructors are solid guitarist who give helpful tips and advice. An important lesson I am learning is to be patient and not to rush into more advance guitar until I polish up on the basics. In all, I am really enjoying learning with Guitar Tricks, but taking a pre-course before signing up has really benefited my progression.
