My experience of Musicnotes has been… My experience of Musicnotes has been excellent. It provides a wide range of songs/music and is an easy way to download sheet music at a reasonable price without having to leave my home. It would be good if there was a function to download high quality backing tracks as well.... No complaints - its excellent!

unable to print and zero customer service Twice I’ve ordered and tried to print music from this website. Twice I’ve been unable to print. I tried from a phone, a tablet, and a laptop this last time. The first time I was able to successfully cancel my order. The second time it is not an option. There is no customer service which is my biggest complaint. The chat bot is useless. I called the customer service number well within their operating time and it went straight to voicemail every time. I submitted an email and still no response. We won’t be using music notes again nor recommending it.

A convenient way to get sheet music immediately It's a convenient and inexpensive way to get sheet music that can be immediately downloaded. Several arrangements are usually available and can also be transposed. I use the app on my tablet so I don't always print my music, I have everything with me. I have to put a date on this but I've been using them regularly since 2008
