unable to print and zero customer service Twice I’ve ordered and tried to print music from this website. Twice I’ve been unable to print. I tried from a phone, a tablet, and a laptop this last time. The first time I was able to successfully cancel my order. The second time it is not an option. There is no customer service which is my biggest complaint. The chat bot is useless. I called the customer service number well within their operating time and it went straight to voicemail every time. I submitted an email and still no response. We won’t be using music notes again nor recommending it.

Their hard copy prints are a joke Their hard copy prints are a joke. $30 for a set of single sided pages in a folder...and arrived folded in half. This is useless to me and no better quality than what I could print at home. At least bind it into a booklet or something.

It is a great resource for repertoire, especially in the popular genres. The player apps enable the isolation of parts of the score and, in the older legacy version, the isolation of specific phrases. Several arrangements are usually available and can also be transposed. I use the app on my tablet so I don't always print my music, I have everything with me. I have to put a date on this but I've been using them regularly since 2008

Customer service sucks Customer service sucks or is non-existent. ------------- It's interesting. You contact a company like Musicnotes, you get a response that blatantly displays ignorance. Then, after you expose their lousy behavior publicly, they try to save face by "apologizing" if you weren't happy with their ignorance.
