Excellent work. Staff was helpful when I was experiencing an issue. Few other things need to be corrected and/or addressed/adjusted; date and time being one of them. As it was wrong for my area. Thank you.

I read a lot of positive reviews about… I read a lot of positive reviews about this app so I had pretty high expectations going in. Lucky for me, Hily completely surpassed all of my expectations. There are just way too many awesome features that one should not miss out on. Genuinely best dating app I’ve tried so far.

Helpful (Live Chat) Anytime when there is an issue, I have always went into the live support help and they have always helped. App is great, you just have to put in the time, like everything else in life.

Way better than I expected Way better than I expected, truthfully. Probably because it's a little lesser known. But it definitely has less BS and fake profiles. Those things are so damn easy to pick out. And their customer service is pretty darn wonderful! Anywho, this app is def worth a shot. 🤙

Unhelpful and Robotic Technical Support I made a Hily Account today after deleting my old account years ago on good terms. I decided I wanted to give it another crack. Not even 10 minutes after creating the account, my account was suspended for a violation of the terms of service. I reread the terms of service like a hawk, and I was unable to get a clue as to which rule I broke. I tried to appeal the ban, as this was an obvious mistake, but the system took mere minutes to confirm the ban and then say the decision was final. It seems like I was banned erroneously by some autonomous system. I even tried to contact the support services, but once I told them they said the exact same thing (that it was final and undisputable.) I was not even able to get a reason for what rule was broken.
