Needs work but is still legit. The app is pretty good, but it still needs some work. The algorithm it uses to find potential matches seems to be off quite a bit and every time I get more than one unblur they all disappear after use one of them. That being said, the support team is quick to respond and fix any issues. I haven't seen any OF ads in the form of people's profiles like other apps typically would have. The amount of money that it costs to really utilize the app is a bit much but everything aside I'd say the app works pretty well.

Helpful (Live Chat) Anytime when there is an issue, I have always went into the live support help and they have always helped. App is great, you just have to put in the time, like everything else in life.

I’ve got a mixed opinion on this app I’ve got a mixed opinion on this app. I have had some contact with other users on the app, but it seems they didn’t work out and were possibly fake profiles. I have had some interaction with the customer service and they were very helpful and took care of my issues right away. So I appreciate that. The verdict is still out… I want to see a little longer how profiles are.

Unhelpful and Robotic Technical Support I made a Hily Account today after deleting my old account years ago on good terms. I decided I wanted to give it another crack. Not even 10 minutes after creating the account, my account was suspended for a violation of the terms of service. I reread the terms of service like a hawk, and I was unable to get a clue as to which rule I broke. I tried to appeal the ban, as this was an obvious mistake, but the system took mere minutes to confirm the ban and then say the decision was final. It seems like I was banned erroneously by some autonomous system. I even tried to contact the support services, but once I told them they said the exact same thing (that it was final and undisputable.) I was not even able to get a reason for what rule was broken.
