Super satisfied - Patagonia Jacket Ordered the "Patagonia Tres 3-in-1 Parka - Men's" from OMCgear's online store. OMCgear were the ONLY website I could find that had this jacket on sale on Cyber Monday, price: $413 (inc.taxes, free shipping). I had bought the same jacket from the Patagonia store for $652 (inc. taxes) that same morning, went to return it immediately after finding OMCgear's deal. The jacket arrived in my New York apartment in perfect condition less than three days later. Incredible service.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a dromedary bag from OMC gear recently, there was a minor issue with another item out of stock that they informed me of quickly and clearly. The options offered with regard to the out of stock item were meaningful and broad. They responded promptly to my questions with direct and clear answers. The items delivered were in outstanding condition, were well packed and arrived promptly. A first class establishment. Highly recommended.

Dishonest Review Process I purchased a pair of Salewa Gore-Tex waterproof hiking boots one year ago. After the first long hike, both boots developed major leaks. I tried to review these boots so as to warn others but the review could not be accepted because I did not recommend the product. The review form asked me to prove I was not a robot. I did. The form acknowledged that I was not a robot. But when I submitted the review with one star and a negative recommendation, I became a robot and the review was rejected. Stay away from this company.

"I.T. was unaware" "I.T. was unaware." OMC advertised a pop-up 20% off coupon a few seconds after I went to the item's page. Coupon in cart said "invalid." I called. Creep said "I.T. dept was unaware it was already on sale." I said it's the law to honor the advertisement. He said "We are not under any obligation" and hung up. ILLEGAL COMPANY pretends they are outside the law. GO ELSEWHERE. ARROGANT AND CONTEMPTUOUS.

Best price and great service! Wanted to replace my Salewa Wildfire Edge approach shoes that were worn out after 3 years of use. Best approach/hiking shoe I have ever owned. I was happy to find the shoes are still made but in searching for the best price I found OMC Gear was the only one offering a discount on the MSR price. I ordered on Tuesday, they were shipped on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday. Couldn't be happier having saved $42 and great service. Will definitely buy from them again.
