Great customer service I ordered a avy beacon through OMC for an upcoming trip and they had the foresight to call after the order and walk me through the shipping options on a Sunday to make sure I didn't miss my critical date. Super friendly, great price, helpful customer service. Would definitely shop here again.

"I.T. was unaware" "I.T. was unaware." OMC advertised a pop-up 20% off coupon a few seconds after I went to the item's page. Coupon in cart said "invalid." I called. Creep said "I.T. dept was unaware it was already on sale." I said it's the law to honor the advertisement. He said "We are not under any obligation" and hung up. ILLEGAL COMPANY pretends they are outside the law. GO ELSEWHERE. ARROGANT AND CONTEMPTUOUS.

Fischer SBound 78 Fantastic ski. Using beefy Crispi Antarctic 3-pin boots. Best combination yet in 40+ yrs. A tad wide for some cut xc tracks and a tad light for lift served telemarking (groomed east coast ice). Phenomenal performance cutting my own tracks anywhere I want to go. Glide for a no wax is pretty good. Turning capability is excellent. Had to buy two pair. One will be a rock ski in iffy conditions and for my buds to use. The other I will baby for a while.

NO FREE RETURNS =STAY AWAY i ordered product for first time from this site. the online pic was significantly different from the actual product. I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag and sent it back--at a cost of $9.00, which OMC doesn't cover. In my opinion, any online company that doesn't cover returns just doesn't warrant any loyalty.

Too soon to tell Apparently my package is on it's way but UPS hasn't delivered it. We're experiencing some inclement weather so I tried to schedule it to be delivered to a location that's easier to access. My request was denied. UPS said this option is restricted by OMC. Now I have to pick up my package between 330pm and 730pm on a weekday at UPS. No daytime or weekend hours. Please OMC, change this delivery restriction.
