Knowledgeable and caring Arron and both the ladies I dealt with are knowledgeable and took the time to investigate and evaluate all the random old coins and other items I brought to the Palatine store. The items they didn't deal with, they gave direction to someone that might help. I feel very comfortable going to them.

Scott straight up is a really good guy Scott straight up is a really good guy. He helped me pick out some coins today for my nephews and hooked me up with some really cool gifts to give to the kids. They’re going to love them. The radio show is very informative and I’ve learned a lot just by listening to him on there. I’m definitely coming back to buy more stuff!! Thanks again for all your help today one more thing knocked off the Christmas list.😊

Trust is Important Having a suspicious and closely guarded nature, I was a little apprehensive and fearful of being taken advantage of, which was alleviated after sitting with their representative for close to 2 hours. My parents had passed and I brought in items of different varieties; coins, jewelry, collectibles, etc...They're quite knowledgeable, and don't mind sharing that knowledge, and they are fair.
