Trust is Important Having a suspicious and closely guarded nature, I was a little apprehensive and fearful of being taken advantage of, which was alleviated after sitting with their representative for close to 2 hours. My parents had passed and I brought in items of different varieties; coins, jewelry, collectibles, etc...They're quite knowledgeable, and don't mind sharing that knowledge, and they are fair. I give PGS Gold & Coin a 5 Star Rating and have, and will keep recommending them.

Great coin dealer in Palatine Visited the Palatine location and the service was great! Sold a coin collection, sterling silver & some jewelry and got fair prices for all. I'll be recommending PGS to my friends for sure.

Best place to get the most for your money. PGS has honestly the most professional and knowledgeable staff out of any place I've been to. They are all willing to work with you and explain the process for you if you aren't knowledgeable on gold or coins. It is a comfortable environment with seriously friendly people. They give you the best prices and you leave feeling satisfied. I love the people working there and know that they also have my best interest at heart, truthfully. Go to PGS for anything gold or coin related, it the best place in town!!!

Terrible customer experience..... Went into the store on Saturday 10/23/2021 this store is located in villa park, illinois on north ave. and this being the second time going there has to be the worst experience ever, was there nearly one hour and a half and go no help, and was put off by the woman working there to help another customer that just came in,,, not a good experience.... the woman told me she had 15 mins to help me while she helped another customer.... I left with no help at all with by box of coins..............
