Excellent Service It was so nice to speak with someone who is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about customer service. The owner took the time ro speak with me personally. He was able to answer all questions presented to him. No heavy pressure to buy anything and suxh a pleasant Godly person. I would highly recommend Goldpro to anyone interested in purchasing precious metals.

I spoke to Mike and he will sell you on himself. He just will not deliver. Stay away! Go to reputable companies like Apmex. *******UPDATE 5/25/2021****** I received a call from the CEO Mike. He apologized for the error, he also took responsibility for the error. According to Mike, he had some very sad personal issues that he had to attend. I do understand sometimes that life gets in the way and is beyond our control. Mike did promise that he would make it right. I cautiously agreed. He stated I would have my coins on a certain date and to my surprise, I received a package that had the coins. I probably will buy from them again but will do things a little different than before. I do admire him for sticking to his word..

Very competitive pricing and a reliable source I've had 3 transactions with GoldPro and they all went well. Pricing is very competitive. Equally important, for a newer precious metals investor like me (buying as a long-term hedge rather than for short-term "trading"), I have learned a lot from Mike that prevented me from making costly mistakes. Highly recommend.

Not for small purchases First problem I ran into was trying to sign up for the newsletter. Tried for two days at different times and could never get it to work. Asked chat agent and she said must be IT problem. GoldPro is not a company for small purchases. After going through the process for CC purchase, it didn't work. I found out from the chat agent you must be a customer buying $5K or more. Nothing in the site tells the customer that information. The check option is sending it to GoldPro by mail, not online so it would take forever to get the order. Only positive about the experience was having the chat agent available for questions.
