The customer service is outstanding The customer service is outstanding. I was fortunate to speak with the owner and was amazed at the interest he invested in getting to know me. I was comfortable in asking the most simple questions without fear of ridicule or judgement. In fact the best part of my experience was the amount of knowledge he shared with me. In addition, he made the whole buying process extremely easy. I have no complaints and plan on recommending him to all of my friends here in Hawaii.

Gold Pro is a SCAM My order was for a combination of gold and silver coin totaled over $25,000. What was shipped to me is nothing that I ordered and the value was much less then the amount I sent. I spent months back and forth with the owner and got no satisfaction, only lies. The FBI is currently investigating Gold Pro for fraud. They have recently contacted me and got my statement. I am writing this because my previous feedback has been deleted as well as several other negative feedbacks for Gold Pro.

FAKE GOLD BARS I placed an order on May 2,2022 with a man named mason at GoldPro,LLC and paid for it.I have not received any communications from the company I tried calling and only twice spoke to a representative of the company. I last spoke to a man who said he was the office mgr. Jacob Eells on May25,2022 and he said that he would send out my purchase of 25 Gold Buffalo 1oz. coins. I never received my purchase and I'm unable to reach the office due to blocking of my telephone # chat line. I do not recomend doing business with company. Wallace in Tucson, AZ
