First order was a breeze!! First order was a breeze. All items except for one were in stock. HRP contacted me immediately and asked whether to replace, back order or cancel the item that was unavailable. I chose to replace with similar product (tire compound). They immediately made the change and shipped the items without delay. Super smooth and easy!! Thanks HRP!!

No choice... I would by elsewhere if I had a choice but it seems this is the only place to buy parts for my Team C trucks that I can get shipped to Canada. Being the only place to buy you would think that all items are stocked all the time but of course this is not the case. I have been waiting over a month to see new stock on some items. Add to that that the shipping prices are completely outrageous and the shipping process takes way too long for what we are expected to pay. Unfortunate because there are a lot of good products here but I wont spend the amounts on shipping that are required.

Easy to Understand web site, and super fast shipping. The MammothHobbies web-site was easy to understand, and find the right products to meet my needs. I am a long time model builder and MammothHobbies allows me to take my craft to the next level. After ordering, you receive your items, virtually, before the paint dries. No Customer Support. I had a lot of questions to ask when I was trying to place an order and there was no one or not even a phone number to talk to a person. I will not order from this place ever again. Customer Service is and should be number one with any company unless their trying to hide something.

best batteries i own so far, pushing my r/c monster truck to the next level. man, the shipment arrived exactly when it was supposed to which was a defnate plus. i was also blown away by the output and performance of the 7.2v 5000mah high performance battery packs for my monster truck. i'm practically untouchable now. i'm glad i chose to go with mammoth hobbies, needless to say..... i'll b back soon
