GBThe City Case stole our money and delivered nothing We bought passes from this company with the idea of visiting Paris. Unfortunately, our daughter who has a disability, could not travel for the dates we were planning. We asked the company for a refund. Matt, if this even is a real person, replied to us immediately that they will cancel the order and issue a refund. A month has passed and no refund has been issued yet. I contacted them 5 times since, just to get the same email response, we are working on the refund. This appears to be a fraudulent company. We are trying to resolve our case through Paypal right now as this is how we paid. We received no passes nor a refund. If this is not a theft and fraud, I don't know what is.

GBPlease DO NOT buy your Paris museum… Please DO NOT buy your Paris museum passes from this company. You will save yourself a lot of stress. They asked for money up front and dialed to deliver, leaving us with no passes once in Paris. They emailed us and said they would refund our money and now all of the sudden their support email isn’t working? So they basically stole our money. SHAME ON YOU! Karma is a b**ch. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs and I highly suggest that everyone follow suit. And FYI, since my trip has already ended, if you really need museum passes, your best bet is to buy them in Paris with the actual Paris Tourist/Visitor company, it’s regulated,it’s official and CHEAPER. Hotel Ville was one of them in Paris city Center.

GBYour Paris museum pass and metro pass made our much too short stay a great experience By using the Paris museum pass, we did not have to wait in lines at any of the must see museums. This was especially helpful at the louvre where the line was a half mile long and it was raining cats and dogs. It also ensured that we visited some museums that we might have skipped. The Metro pass was a godsend for getting around the heart of Paris. We received our documents within days of our order. We recommended these documents to Rick Steve's tourist followers.

GBThe City Case delivered our passes as promised 4 days before our departure date. This is our first trip to Paris and the offer from City Case met our needs at a reasonable price when compared to similar providers...The site advertises shipping from the US, but in fact the passes arrived via Fed Ex direct from Paris. The charges appeared on the credit card in US dollars avoiding additional charges for converting foreign currency. All in all, a good experience as we prepare to depart passes in hand. R

GBPoor Service Order 2 tickets 2 months in advance. Trip was at end of January. Allow enough time. Kept being tell by customer service (think I was talking to the owner) that tickets were tied up in customs. Company offered to send tickets to hotel in Europe however we were visiting multiple cites in different countries and the tickets were For transportion in Paris and were suppose to be use when we arrived. Tickets were sent overnight mail 2 days before departure from the USA. However I really felt the customer service person didnot want to deal with it? I follow the rules and allowed enough time for the tickets to come. Your company failed
