They lord and said my song was added to… They said my song was added to there playlist but it wasn’t added and I ask where is it and they stop responding so this company is a scam

I was the winner of the Diamond package… I was the winner of the Diamond package for the true support campaign. All I can say is that I am grateful I came across Dorian on Instagram. Everything that was promised in the package, I received. The personnel was always available and easy to contact via email. They made sure to provide me with all the resources I would need to run a successful website and create a fan base. If you want to start your brand but do not know where to start, go to group 82. They will guide you every step of the way.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I purchased 3 guaranteed spotify placements about a month ago. It took about 4 days to be added to the playlist which is okay, but good luck trying to contact them after you've made payment. They make you sign up for an account with 'honeybook' to be able to contact them/ask questions and follow stats. I sent 3 emails thru honeybook and 2 direct emails to their customer service address ( a total of 5 emails ) and didn't get ONE response. They will add you to the playlist then hide behind loopholes if your song doesn't get streams. They also promise to be able to track stats through honeybook but here it is a whole month later and still not stats to check/no communication. They mention constant communication which couldn't be further from the truth. As someone mentioned...they are great at marketing themselves but when it comes down to actually being there for the customers/clients...they simply aren't. When a company goes ghost after receiving payment it makes you wonder what their top priority is...clearly group 82 is here for the money and not the return business. You will get added to playlists...but the playlists are all created by group 82 with little traction. Edit : a whole 2 months and 6 emails later and still no response

I CAN'T LOG IN TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION AND I HAVE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES BUT TO AVAIL, THEY HAVE TOTALLY IGNORED ME!!! THIS IS A F CKIN SCAM AND I ACTUALLY WANT TO TRACK HIM DOWN AND DO SOME VERY UNPLEASANT THINGS TO HIM!!! I WORK HARD FOR MY F*CKIN MONEY SO I DON'T TAKE KINDLY TO BEING SCAMMED OUT OF IT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS F*CKIN BUM!!!
