GBI WISH THAT I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS… I WISH THAT I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED HIS $400 YOUTUBE PACKAGE BACK IN JUNE 2022. I CAN'T LOG IN TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION AND I HAVE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES BUT TO AVAIL, THEY HAVE TOTALLY IGNORED ME!!! THIS IS A F CKIN SCAM AND I ACTUALLY WANT TO TRACK HIM DOWN AND DO SOME VERY UNPLEASANT THINGS TO HIM!!! I WORK HARD FOR MY F*CKIN MONEY SO I DON'T TAKE KINDLY TO BEING SCAMMED OUT OF IT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS F*CKIN BUM!!!

GBRude and disrespectful - I questioned his $2000 course I'm a successful musician, and man do I have to say with all the people and companies I work with, this man seems to have trauma issues and its a shame because he has good information but he doesn't deliver it best as he doest not know how to communicate. I was genuinely interested in trying his 2000$ course ( not anymore) because he giving real advice to musicians in his instagram live and he seemed like had the experience and knowledge but when you question him and tell him the truth, he goes on his emotional train ride and really disrespects anyone who doesn't share similar a perspective. the question I asked was about his course and if it would make sense for me to buy it .. and its sketchy that he gets upset about questions like that but to him I am no longer going to buy his course, and I really hope he reads this for some self awareness. good luck with life!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I purchased 3 guaranteed spotify placements about a month ago. It took about 4 days to be added to the playlist which is okay, but good luck trying to contact them after you've made payment. They make you sign up for an account with 'honeybook' to be able to contact them/ask questions and follow stats. I sent 3 emails thru honeybook and 2 direct emails to their customer service address ( a total of 5 emails ) and didn't get ONE response. They will add you to the playlist then hide behind loopholes if your song doesn't get streams. They also promise to be able to track stats through honeybook but here it is a whole month later and still not stats to check/no communication. They mention constant communication which couldn't be further from the truth. As someone mentioned...they are great at marketing themselves but when it comes down to actually being there for the customers/clients...they simply aren't. When a company goes ghost after receiving payment it makes you wonder what their top priority is...clearly group 82 is here for the money and not the return business. You will get added to playlists...but the playlists are all created by group 82 with little traction. Edit : a whole 2 months and 6 emails later and still no response
