They stop responding when they want and refuse to escalate matters regardless of ample proof that they are wrong. CoinMaster Frustration I like playing the game and have been playing daily for a couple of years. I like the quest part of the game but it just doesn't hit enough to play it. I 1trillion coins at 12 billion per spin and only hit 2 bonuses at 2x each time. I have also went well over 100 spins without hitting any of the faces or special characters. I also don't understand why I can't get cards that I need without using joker cards, at level 306 I get more cards for the first 50 levels and seldom get even 1 I can use. These things are very frustrating.
