Very poor customer service Very poor customer service, I saved for weeks to get 55 Thor tokens only to use them and the wheel gets to max level it resets to the 1st level so I wasted many tokens, asked customer service for help only to get passive aggressive responses from Benjamin. Going to stop spending money on all 5 of my accounts now as not worth the risk the tokens well fail again.

I used to like the game but after this… I used to like the game but after this weekend spending all my time earning spins, cards and all the other stuff u have to do, I was 45 spins away from 10 thousand plus after spending well over that in spins. I ran out, unemployed so can't buy spins like I used to. Woke up this morning all my hard work was for nothing I got 9 free spins and all I can earn now is 20. They make it so u get so close to winning and take it away when u can't spend the cash to buy more. I thought this game was for fun but all it does lately is frustrate me. After years of loyalty I'm done.

After years of loyalty, I'm done! Don't waste your money! I have been playing for 3 years now. The game is designed to screw you out of your money. Everytime your close to getting good rewards, the game makes it impossible to achieve. Almost forces you to pay if you want to continue. Talked many times to customer service. Useless as well. They send generic emails. I spend at least $1000 a month. Beware! Its a rigged game! BTW, I'm not spending anymore. Most of the reviews are the same. As soon as you get close to a big reward, they give you nothing because they want to you to spend. Its disgusting! You lost a high roller Coin master!

Rigged game, horrendous customer service… The most awful customer support experience. past the generic responses, they're rude, and dismissive. They stop responding when they want and refuse to escalate matters regardless of ample proof that they are wrong. I will be deleting my account and my data so I wouldn't even be tempted to play their stupid game again. I really hope the class action lawsuits make them go bankrupt.
