Never got my order Never got my order. They only emailed me once saying its delayed because of all the orders coming in.. emailed them a week later asking where my package is, no response back. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my sister since shes been wanting a weighted Plushies forever. Super disappointed. Dont order from them, they are a scam.

Ordered Never Sent I placed a order on 11/1/2022 and contacted the company after a week. the company had stated my package would be sent out on or around 11/26/2022 here I am at 12/1/2022 waiting for any form of reply from the 17 messages I have sent. the site seemed very authentic but as of current I do not believe I will be receiving my product.

Same as others... SCAM Same as others.. placed an order, no shipping or tracking info was ever given. 1 month later, still no acknowledgement of my emails to the company. Filed a claim with the bank and removed my banking info from Auto Pay so the last 2 of 4 installments of payment won't process.

unsure if they're really a scam... I ordered from this company on the 13 of November and was promised an email confirming shipping for the 28th, i never received said email and emailed them a week later, no response, i did receive an email from them stating shipping would be late and my product would be shipped by the 11th or 12th of december as they didnt expect as many people to order from there, i will notify again by the end of december as im sure this site is a scam but also could be extremely busy

I did receive an email update that they… I did receive an email update that they were shipping out on the 11th & 12 of December; it should arrive in the next few days but we've also had a postal strike so I will give it until the new year before putting in a fraud claim Edit: tried logging into my account on their website to no avail. Total scam
