Never got my order Never got my order. They only emailed me once saying its delayed because of all the orders coming in.. emailed them a week later asking where my package is, no response back. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my sister since shes been wanting a weighted Plushies forever. Super disappointed. Dont order from them, they are a scam.

SCAM website Bought a large stress mallow for my ADHD/ASD daughter's Christmas present. Not delivered and no response to several emails. The website is still taking orders. Wish I'd checked them out before ordering, the website looks so professional, I was duped. I will attempt a charge back on my credit card. I'm angry for the upset this has caused my daughter.

Fake Company????!!!! I placed an order on November 20th,2022 money was taken from my account November 21st.,2022 I have a "tracking" through their shop website. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. This was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I live in Canada and understand there is expected delays coming from across the boarder, however, how much longer am i to wait for something I already ordered and well over 30 days ago?..Emailing doesn't help at all and as far as i'm concerned there should be a phone number for contact as well. I am not a happy customer and WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I feel like i got screwed!!!

Misleading, Poor Communication. I was in the same boat as the other one-star reviewers. After much digging around it turns out it might not be as big of a scam as it seems (just very misleading). They work on preorders. It advertises that shipping will only take 2-3 business days, but the preorder could take up to 4 MONTHS. Deep in the product description and FAQs describes this situation. Like many others said the company is also terrible at communication. I've sent 4 emails now and have not received a single response. If they had just explained to me the preorder situation I would have still been annoyed and felt misled, but at least I would not have thought I was scammed. It could still be a scam, but only time will tell if I ever receive the plush I order (maybe in May or April?).

Same as others... SCAM Same as others.. placed an order, no shipping or tracking info was ever given. 1 month later, still no acknowledgement of my emails to the company. Filed a claim with the bank and removed my banking info from Auto Pay so the last 2 of 4 installments of payment won't process.
