Weight of rug- Trilogy Gift rugs are so lightweight they feel more like a mat, & not a rug. Really nice prints, but would only work if you placed underneath furniture to hold in place. 3. Refund policy- Not 100% money back guarantee. Customer service will provide you with loads of fluff on high quality their products are & that you should just give your purchase a "chance." They may provide a partial refund, but don't expect much $$ back.

GBI have had excellent customer service… I have had excellent customer service from TrilogyGift and the metal sign was custom and just what I ordered! I received the metal sign damaged in shipping and I emailed Trilogy got a response from them in less than 24 hours and my new sign in 10 days. Will definitely order again!

GBTerrible customer service My order was damaged during shipping. It happens. But the lack of customer service nearly every step of the way in getting a replacement was simply unacceptable.

CAI ordered a backlit lamp as a gift for… I ordered a backlit lamp as a gift for my son, and it was delivered to my door. My son is delighted with the gift, the name and game number look perfect, and when the backlight turns on, it’s just super! True, I ordered the lamp a week before my son’s birthday, and production and delivery took three weeks, so for everyone who is planning to place an order, plan to do it in advance. I recommend this site to everyone - we were satisfied!!
