Zero stars Zero stars. After waiting two months for my “rug”. It finally arrived. Not a rug but a cheap rubber mat with iron logo of Notre Dame. I ve been texting with Trilogy ever since asking for a refund since item was misrepresented and came folded and damaged. They never answer their business phone. After another 3 weeks of back and forth emails they refused to refund me. I will now pursue my refund through my charge acct company. DO NOT use Trilogy Gift!!! Stick to Amazon.

Terrible customer service My order was damaged during shipping. It happens. But the lack of customer service nearly every step of the way in getting a replacement was simply unacceptable.
