GBIssue with card, zero customer service, no response. Avoid I ordered a custom card. Took a week before I received it. Couple weeks later I go and use the card while traveling, the chip doesn’t work. Thankfully the strip worked. I believe their website says I have a year warranty or something. I’ve tried to email several times and no response. I just wanna know if they have a warranty and what I can do to have this fixed.

GBI did it and it has worked out great… I did it and it has worked out great for me. It was very easy to communicate with them and they did exactly what they say and it worked the way it’s supposed to work.

GBHorrible Horrible. Customer service is not existent. Found the owners Instagram and claimed it wasn’t him even though the LLC is registered to him. I may have don’t 30 calls in 3 days and none of them were picked up.
