GBNever responded to emails or… Never responded to emails or voicemails. Generated a tracking number that never updated but stated pre-shipping for over a week. They advertise that work on your order the same day and ship it back the same day - lies. Since they never cared to communicate nor respond, I had to cancel my card and get a replacement by fear of being lost. Then, the card magically appeared a week later...the tracking finally updated...It was pointless because I already canceled it and got a replacement from my bank. You get what you pay for...the competition is more expensive but they are top notch in communication.

GBAwesome customer service. Awesome customer service. Fast process. They had an issue with removing my chip from my card, and didnt think it would work. They gave me a call and actually told me via phone that they chip may not work. I told them if it didnt work just to use a dummy chip. I received my new custom card and WOW its exactly like described. So I ordered another one a couple days ago.

GBDon’t even try Don’t even try. I made the payment 3 weeks ago send it priority mail did get there in 3 days Send over 3 email 5 what up 6 call and NO one bothered to answer or reply my emails today did a change back and reported my credit car stolen

GBIssue With Print The Card quality is fine, but the numbers are incorrect. The communication from the company is poor so it's hard to contact them for the issue, so hopefully this helps. Can I return my card to be redone, alongside a new card to have the chip reinserted?

GBAfter several attempts to reach out After several attempts to reach out, to confirm the reception of my card, no feedback was given, ended up having to cancel my card. This was over a month and half time frame.
