GBI did it and it has worked out great… I did it and it has worked out great for me. It was very easy to communicate with them and they did exactly what they say and it worked the way it’s supposed to work.

GBHorrible Horrible. Customer service is not existent. Found the owners Instagram and claimed it wasn’t him even though the LLC is registered to him. I may have don’t 30 calls in 3 days and none of them were picked up.

GBNever responded to emails or… Never responded to emails or voicemails. Generated a tracking number that never updated but stated pre-shipping for over a week. They advertise that work on your order the same day and ship it back the same day - lies. Since they never cared to communicate nor respond, I had to cancel my card and get a replacement by fear of being lost. Then, the card magically appeared a week later...the tracking finally updated...It was pointless because I already canceled it and got a replacement from my bank. You get what you pay for...the competition is more expensive but they are top notch in communication.

GBIssue With Print The Card quality is fine, but the numbers are incorrect. The communication from the company is poor so it's hard to contact them for the issue, so hopefully this helps. Can I return my card to be redone, alongside a new card to have the chip reinserted?
