They didn’t put the Name on the base that I asked and the size was half the size I payed and requested. Utterly disappointed. I will use another company next time. They told me that even though I ordered the 16 inch size, bc it was a sitting pose it would be more like 12 inches. It is 7-8 inches. This is a huge difference for paying the extra money for so many mistakes. Never again!!!😖😡😖

Terrible Terrible. I just received the item and it looks nothing like the person or the pictures I supplied. I intended to give this as a present but now it will only go to the bin. I gave the supplier 7 opportunities to fix this. They apparently have these produced in China and they clearly did not understand English because they kept ignoring my requests. I clearly told them that the person had brown skin and repeatedly asked them to make it darker. I provided multiple additional pictures too. I even emailed them directly and said the same thing but each time they posted a new proof it was still white. The item has a completely white face and body. I am wondering if perhaps the only cater to white people at this point. In the end I had to give up. This is not the product or the quality that was advertised. To add insult to injury I also had to pay an additional $50 USD ($73 AUD) for the item and shipping costs.

It all turned out good in the end... A Replacement Figure finally arrived today and I have to say I’m really happy with the end result. After a very shaky start, 14 very long weeks and several emails later I finally got what I paid for. Tom and Yes Bobbleheads turned a bad situation around and came through for me in the end and I can’t wait to give it to the person it was intended for. Thank you

Absolutely shocking service and quality… Absolutely shocking service and quality of doll. Costs doubled after adding the 'optional costs' which were not optional whatso ever (eg. Sculpting fee). Have been having troubles with them for about 6 months now but cant get a refund. I was told my dolls would arrive 2 months ago.. still nothing. Stay away from this company

STAY AWAY I echo the previous reviews made on this website. This company love to charge you through the nose for absolutely nothing I paid a premium for the right for unlimited proofing of the doll they were making, which was supposed to be an anniversary present. I accepted the clay mould, but the painted product was awful. The eyebrows were uneven, the facial colour was unrealistic and pasty, so I asked them to rework it. They wanted to charge me $60 to do this. Cut a long story short, they whacked on some glasses and changed nothing else that I had complained about, so I demanded a refund. They flatly refused. Your consumer rights mean nothing here, STAY AWAY!
